Shipping Policy

At Jigsolution, we want to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the United States.

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are processed within 0–1 business days after being placed.
  • We operate 7 days a week (Mon–Sun), so your orders are always handled promptly.
  • During busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted carriers.

  • Standard / Express Shipping: 2–6 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (0–1 business days) + Transit Time (2–5 business days) = 2–6 business days.

Cut-off time:

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) will be processed the following day.

Shipping Costs

  • USA Orders: Shipping is FREE.
  • Sales tax (if applicable) is included in your total at checkout.
  • No hidden charges apply.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can monitor the status of your package in real time through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. These may include:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • CJ Packet

Carriers are automatically assigned based on the destination, package size, and delivery speed.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Quality & Expired Items

  • Every item is thoroughly checked by our staff before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition and well within the expiry date.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive an expired or defective product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services in the future.
